Quentin is joining Acacia’s engineering team to oversee the development of projects through to commissioning. During his four years at Akuo, he contributed to the deployment of standalone and hybrid energy storage projects by participating in bid responses, supplier selection and contract negotiations, as well as technical discussions with financial partners’ advisors. He brings his expertise in the design, procurement, and construction phases of storage projects to prepare tomorrow’s power grid for new applications and increased renewable energy generation.

Arthur joined Acacia in early 2026 as a business development manager for energy storage projects. After more than four years developing solar power projects, he decided to shift his focus to energy storage, convinced that these systems will play a key role in making our power grid more flexible and supporting the growing integration of renewable energy.

Simon joined Acacia in 2026 as a project finance specialist. He has three years of experience in project finance consulting at Eight Advisory, during which he developed strong expertise in analyzing, structuring, and managing complex transactions. His career has enabled him to gain an operational and strategic understanding of the financial challenges associated with the energy transition and sustainable infrastructure, working with both private and public sector stakeholders. He is a graduate of ESCP Business School and the University of Paris 1 – Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Maxime joined Acacia in 2026 as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance. His career path has led him to hold positions in management control, as head of management control, and subsequently as chief administrative and financial officer. Maxime spent eight years at Airbus Defence & Space in Paris and Toulouse, working in central management control and project management roles, before moving into positions as Administrative and Financial Manager and Head of Management Control. Rigor, organization, and structure are the principles that guide his approach.

Benjamin joined Acacia in 2024 as Technical Director. He brings more than 17 years of experience in the electrical and renewable energy industries, gained through a comprehensive career combining engineering, design, and project management in France and internationally. Before joining Acacia, he headed up the Electricity, Storage and Connection division of the Qair Group, where he developed and commissioned the connection of more than one gigawatt of projects in some 20 countries. He has also held operational and technical positions at VINCI Energies, GE, and ENGIE, developing recognized expertise across the entire life cycle of electrical installations, from design to operation.

Colette joined Acacia in 2025 as Director of Finance. She has around 10 years' experience in bank financing at BNP Paribas, including seven years in project financing across EMEA. She has worked in particular on financing and financial consulting in the fields of renewable energy and energy transition, mining and metals, and infrastructure. She has acquired solid expertise in structured finance for complex transactions involving multiple issues and various international partners. She is a graduate of Centrale Marseille and Sciences Po Aix.

Maxime joined Acacia to oversee the construction of projects developed by the company. During his fifteen years of experience in wind and solar power, he has managed the construction of more than 250MW and studied more than 1GW of projects in France and internationally for electricity producers such as La Compagnie du Vent, Engie Green, Qair, and Dev'EnR. He has chosen to use his skills to carry out storage and transformer station projects in order to continue integrating renewable energies into the electricity grid.

Laureline joined Acacia in 2024 to lead projects related to electricity markets and the various revenue streams that batteries can generate. She brings 14 years of experience in electricity markets, gained through a rich career path: notably a stint at EDF in California, a mission at the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) on European wholesale markets, and the sale of electricity and biomethane at CVE. A graduate of Télécom Paris and Sciences Po Paris, Laureline has a detailed and cross-disciplinary understanding of the technical, economic, regulatory, and political issues surrounding the electricity system.

Hugo joined the Acacia adventure early on, keen to contribute his skills as a developer with expertise in renewable energies. After years of supervising electricity production projects, he identified with the company's value proposition, which he saw as a priority: bringing flexibility to the grid and activating the storage lever, essential to a successful energy transition. Constantly seeking new knowledge and training in the humanities and economics, he attaches great importance to harmony within the organization, good relations with stakeholders, and the search for new growth opportunities.

Kevin co-founded Acacia on behalf of Green Tower. He joined the Green Giraffe Group shortly after its creation in 2012. Kevin has over 10 years of experience in developing and financing renewable energy projects in France and abroad. He is a graduate of Centrale-Supélec, Sciences Po Paris, and University College London.

Julien co-founded Acacia with the aim of facilitating the integration of renewable energies into the French electricity mix, which is currently undergoing major changes. With 20 years of experience in the sector, Julien has recognized expertise in consulting and optimizing grid connections. He is also the founder of Jigrid, an engineering firm specializing in electrical engineering for renewable energy and storage.

By co-founding Acacia alongside Kevin on behalf of Green Tower, Jean-Christophe is helping to create an agile and independent player seeking to facilitate the energy transition. He has over 10 years of experience in renewable energy. He previously worked at Green Giraffe (the second pillar of the Green Giraffe Group, Green Giraffe is a pioneering financial consulting firm specializing in the commercialization and financing of renewable energy projects) since 2017. Between 2012 and 2016, Jean-Christophe worked at Sgurr Energy, initially as a technical advisor in renewable energy in the United Kingdom, then in France. He holds engineering degrees from Centrale-Supélec and Heriot-Watt University.

When Anaïs joined Acacia in its early days, she identified strongly with the values and commitments that were being initiated and promoted there. She chose to bring her 10 years of experience and knowledge in the fields of real estate, project development, and network connectivity to Acacia.
